What do I need to bring to the Office of Motor Vehicles to enter into an installment agreement?

​​​​​​​​​A. You must bring:

A valid email address

Compliance for any outstanding violations. Compliance includes but is not limited to bill of sale, insurance total loss statement, repossession document, junk or salvage receipt, out of state registration, paid receipt for traffic citation.

The credit/debit/prepaid card or bank account number that will be used for all installment payments.

  • Credit/debit/prepaid card - a 2.5% fee plus an additional $3.00 transaction fee will be applied to each payment.
  • Bank account draft - a $1.00 fee plus and additional $3.00 transaction fee will be applied to each payment. If this is your selected method of payment you will be required to provide the bank name, bank account type, account number and routing number. 

Other items may be required based on your circumstance.
