Who should I contact if I did not receive my renewal sticker for my license plate?

​A. When vehicle renewal stickers and license plates are processed by mail, but the applicant fails to receive the sticker and/or plate, a free replacement can be issued if the applicant contacts the Office of Motor Vehicles within sixty (60) days from the transaction date shown on the computer. If the renewal date cannot be determined on the computer record, the applicant must present proof of payment. To have a replacement issued, please take your driver’s license, proof of insurance, and a copy of the certificate of registration (if applicable) to a local Office of Motor Vehicles
