Instructions for Mailing In Documents and Payments for Vehicle Registration
Payments must be submitted in the form of:
- Personal or Business Check
(make sure the driver's license number, phone number and street address is printed on the check) - Cashiers Check
- Money Order
- Electronic Funds Transfer
All mailed documents and payments must be mailed to the Headquarters location.

Instructions for Delivering Documents and Payments in Person
In-person payment methods accepted are:
- Credit Card
- Debit Card
- Cash
- Money Order
- Electronic Funds Transfer
- E-Check
A transaction fee of $1.25 + 1% total will be assessed for payments made with a credit or debit card and $1.00 for payments made with an E-Check.
OMV transactions may be processed at OMV office locations.
